Move house once, and every service you choose is told your new address in a single step. Each provider receives its own sealed envelope that only they can open.
OneAddress is an address update service for people in Australia. You enter your new address once, choose the banks, insurers, utilities and other services that should have it, and we deliver it to each of them, encrypted end-to-end and confirmed back to you as each one accepts it.
Your address is encrypted on your device before it leaves. OneAddress holds no key that can decrypt it, so we cannot read it, and cannot be compelled to.
OneAddress is operated by OneAddress Pty Ltd (ABN 43 696 078 869), an Australian company based in Western Australia. The platform runs at oneaddress.io, and partner organisations integrate through partners.oneaddress.io.
Your encrypted vault and your records are stored in Australia (AWS Sydney).
Identity is verified by Global Data, an Australian DVS gateway provider.
The document check, the liveness selfie, and the Document Verification Service cross-check all run inside Global Data's own hosted flow. Your document photograph, selfie video, and document number never reach OneAddress. We receive the result, a verification reference, and on a pass your verified name and date of birth.
Patent pending (Australian provisional application 2026905369, filed 8 June 2026).
OneAddress™ is a trade mark of OneAddress Pty Ltd (IP Australia 2636151, accepted).
